Weighing in at a seedy 850g, our long-fermented Quinoa & Chia Seed Loaf is made using a blend of sustainable and organic local roller-milled and stoneground whole wheat and heritage flours (Emmer, Khorasan, Spelt and Wheat), stoneground rye flour, quinoa and chia seeds, filtered rainwater and sea salt. 

Enjoy a nutty chia seed moist crumb, chewy caramelised quinoa crust, and well-balanced, mild tangy taste.

We slice ours after a day and freeze for toasting. 

Approx 850gm (before baking).
