Artisan sourdough for our community

Our little Sourdough Bakery at Balabudgee is a one-day-a-week bakery located at our farm in the hamlet of Frog Rock, 12 minutes from Mudgee NSW. We receive orders online by 10am each Wednesday, mix and prepare the dough on Thursday and bake early Friday morning. Our customers collect their orders from 10am onwards either directly from Balabudgee or at High Valley Cheese Co.

In the spirit of reconciliation Balabudgee acknowledges the Traditional Custodians of country throughout Australia and their connections to land, sea and community.  We pay our respect to their Elders past and present and extend that respect to all Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples today.
