Weighing in at a healthy 850g, our long-fermented Seeded Wholegrain is packed full of seedy and grainy, goodness. Made using a blend of sustainable stoneground whole wheat flours, filtered rainwater and sea salt. Inside you will find rolled oats, whole wheat and whole ‘Australian Black’ barley and on the outside amaranth, black sesame, sesame and rolled oats.
Enjoy a seedy, slightly chewy caramelised crust, moist grainy crumb, and well-balanced, mild tangy taste.
We slice ours after a day and freeze for toasting.
