These little crispy white sourdough sticks came into existence thanks to our favourite winery asking us for baguettes. They’re skinnier and crunchier than a classic baguette, and they’re rolled in a mix of amaranth, black sesame, sesame, and rolled oats.
Perfect with cheese, antipasto, pasta, or soup — or just as a snack when you’re racing into town and running late.
They are made using the same dough as our Signature Farmhouse Loaf – a blend of sustainable and organic local roller-milled and stoneground whole wheat and heritage flours (Emmer, Khorasan, Spelt, and Wheat), organic stoneground rye flour, filtered rainwater, and sea salt.
Approx 200gm (before baking).
