Weighing in at a fruity 850g, our long-fermented fruit and nut sourdough is made using a blend of sustainable and organic local roller-milled and stoneground whole wheat and heritage flours (emmer, Khorasan, spelt and wheat), malt flour, filtered rainwater, sea salt and dried fruit (dates, figs or apricots) and nuts (walnuts, pecans or almonds).

Enjoy a chewy caramelised crust and darker, dense moist crumb with a wonderful malty, fruity, nutty aroma. 

Ali likes to eat our Fruit & Nut Sourdough with a generous lashing of fresh ricotta and a drizzle of bold, earthy, tasty honey.

We slice ours after a day and freeze for toasting.

Stoneground and Premium White Wheat Flour, Water, Sourdough Culture (Water, Wheat Flour, Whole Rye Flour), Heritage Flours (Emmer, Khorasan, Spelt, Wheat), Sea Salt. Malt Flour, Dried Fruit 18% (Dates or Figs) and Nuts 9% (Walnuts or Pecans). Sea Salt.
