Weighing in at at an almighty 1500g, our long-fermented Big Aussie Sourdough is made using a blend of sustainable and organic local roller-milled and stoneground whole wheat and heritage flours (Emmer, Khorasan, Spelt and Wheat), stoneground rye flour, filtered rainwater and sea salt. 

Enjoy a slightly chewy caramelised crust, moist crumb, and well-balanced, mild tangy taste.

We slice ours after a day and freeze for toasting. 

Approx 1500gm (before baking).
