I love this loaf! Weighing in at 850g, our long-fermented Light Rye Sourdough is made using a blend of sustainable and organic local roller-milled and stoneground whole wheat and heritage flours (Emmer, Khorasan, Spelt and Wheat), stoneground rye flour, caraway, coriander, and fennel seeds, filtered rainwater and sea salt.
Enjoy a slightly chewy caramelised crust, moist crumb, and well-balanced, mild tangy taste.
We slice ours after a day and freeze for toasting.
