Our Seeded Mountain Loaf is packed with a mountain of nuts and seeds and is hearty enough to get you through the toughest of days.
A compact yeast free, flour free loaf that’s a delicious, nutritious alternative to our sourdoughs. Made with honey, almonds and oats, and a mix of seeds including hemp, pumpkin, linseed, chia, sesame and sunflower, plus psyllium husk, sea salt and olive oil.
Enjoy with lashings of butter, a slice of cheese and chutney, ham and pickles, a poached egg and spinach or for a sweat treat with jam or honey. We slice ours after a day and refrigerate or freeze.
